Transfer Student Admissions Policies
Students can transfer to Presentation of Mary Academy in the 9th, 10th, and 11th grade depending on the number of seats available in each class. Students cannot apply to transfer to PMA for their senior year of high school unless there are extenuating circumstances (example: moving from another state). Transfer students must complete the PMA application and meet Presentation of Mary Academy’s curriculum requirements. There is no entrance exam required as part of the application process; however, placement tests may be administered in the subject areas of math, science, and English in order to determine course levels (college-preparatory, honors, or advanced placement). Mid-year transfers cannot take place after second quarter is completed (January 21, 2004). If applying to PMA for the 2005-06 school year, the application deadline is June 29, 2005.
