A video tells a story, and in the case of The Troupe, that story is one of a top-notch video
production firm that helped put a face to our non-profit organization.

In 2007, Moore Center Services, Inc., in Manchester, NH hired The Troupe to do a video
about the organization. Moore Center Services, Inc. empowers and supports individuals with
developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders, children in its childcare and learning
center, senior citizens and members of the human services workforce, thereby enriching the
lives of everyone in the community.

Working on a video that incorporates persons with developmental disabilities and senior
citizens presented some challenges, but the professionalism of The Troupe really shined
through. Their expertise in sound, lighting and ways to make people comfortable on camera
ensured that we were able to get our message across while at the same time respecting the
needs of our clients.

The final video was amazing, appealing to not only the minds of those watching it, but
perhaps more importantly, the hearts. Over and over again we had people tell us that the
video literally brought them to tears – in a good way!

Perhaps the best endorsement of any company is repeat business. Moore Center later hired
The Troupe to tape our annual meeting and will do so again this year. In addition, we are
currently working with The Troupe on a video for our senior services program.

The Troupe produced a video for The American Heart Association a while ago. We were looking
for a vehicle that captured who we were and what are mission was about.

John Connors decided to make an in-kind donation and his staff's services  to the AHA to
produce the video. The end result was perfect.  We use the video for new hires, sponsor
meetings and at events.

All of the staff at the Troupe are incredibly talented. Every aspect of the video, from
scripting, sound, filming, interviewing, graphic design, music, and editing was just the
way we wanted it to be. Each piece of the video was treated with tremendous care and
compassion. The Troupe staff is warm, caring and true professionals of their craft.
